Privacy Policy
This policy covers LNI Pulse, an internal tool of Liberman Networks, Inc. used only by its staff (see the Terms of Use). The Liberman Networks website has its own website privacy policy.
What LNI Pulse reads
- QuickBooks Online (Liberman Networks' own company only): bills, expenses, vendor credits and company information, to report spending by vendor. Read-only.
- Liberman Networks' own business systems (such as its ticketing and Microsoft 365 services), to report on operations.
How it is used
Only to show Liberman Networks management and authorized staff information about Liberman Networks' own operations and spending. It is not used for advertising, not sold, and not shared with other companies or customers.
Where it is kept and who can see it
- In Liberman Networks' private Microsoft Azure environment, encrypted in storage and in transit.
- Sign-in credentials for connected services (such as the QuickBooks connection) are kept in Azure Key Vault and are never shown in the tool.
- Only Liberman Networks staff signed in with their company Microsoft account and multi-factor authentication can use LNI Pulse. Financial information is limited to named people.
Keeping and removing data
Spending information is refreshed from QuickBooks every few hours and covers the current and previous year. Disconnecting QuickBooks stops all further reads; Liberman Networks can delete the stored copy on request.
